Nope! I work with women at all stages of recovery. Whether you’re sober-curious, newly alcohol-free, or have been on this path for a while — you’re welcome here.

It’s a relaxed 45-minute chat where we explore what you’re looking for and how I might support you.
There’s no pressure — just a genuine conversation to see if it feels like a good fit.
How quickly can I start working with you?
It depends on availability, but after our call, I’ll let you know the next steps and how soon we can get started.
You’re also welcome to jump straight into the membership — you don’t have to wait to start feeling supported.
